WE DO NOT ALLOW any of our products to be used in any type of resell/rental companies without prior permission or unless you were grandfathered in under our reseller programs.
Terms of Use (for Clipart, Digi Stamps and Paper Piecing patterns)
(General Terms):
*All graphics, digital stamps and paper piecing patterns are © Copyrighted by Digi My World. DigiMyWorld reserves all ownership and copyrights to the content, graphics and artwork in all of the items for sale on www.DigiMyWorld.com and any reseller websites.
*Purchase(s) grants you the license to use my designs as specified in these terms for one website/person/business, but the copyright still remains with Digi My World as the original artist.
*Do not claim Digi My World clipart as your own, or create other clipart collection products with our products. We will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law.
*A link back to Digi My World is required if you are using ANY of the graphics online with full credit to Ann Kelly as original designer.
*If you are using any of our Free graphics online, you must also provide a link back to Digi My World.
Resellers---we limit the amount of resellers for our products, but you can request a review and submit an application. We will notify you if you are approved.
What you MAY do:
*You MAY create something new with the clipart from this site, that you intend to sell or use for your own personal use. Item can not be in DIGITAL FORM, you must create a tangible good (ie: card, gift tag, party decorations, scrapbook layouts)
*You MAY use my clip art to create printables and sell them as a finished item. Images must be MERGED flat on the printable you plan to create/sell.
*You can use the clipart for your own personal use or to decorate tangible (handcrafted) items you sell via any website (your own or multi-vendor) or at craft shows etc.
Projects may include (but are not limited to) cards, scrapbook pages & layouts, labels, tags and any handcrafted item.
What you MAY NOT do:
*You may not share or redistribute these graphics.
*You may NOT share or give away any graphics purchased with any other person or online groups / forums. (including auction sites, file sharing software, message boards, Yahoo Groups, etc.)
*You may NOT use any of the clipart content for any kind of club or subscription service.
*You may NOT colorize or change colors of the original clip art, or alter it in any way and claim it as your own.
*WEBDESIGNERS- you can NOT purchase my clipart to resell or provide them to your clients.
*You may not use these designs for print on ANY print on demand services such as Spoonflower, Fabric on Demand, Cafepress or Zazzle. (there are other sites similar to these, but we do not allow our items to be sold on ANY of these types of websites. It is STRICTLY prohibited.)
*No part may be used to create a digital product for svg files or any other types for use in cutting programs or machines like the Wishblade, Cricut, etc.
No part may be used to create a printed product (pattern) for resale or distribution.
You may NOT use the clipart to create stickers for resale.
You may NOT use our clipart to create digital page kits or scrap kits.
You may NOT use our clipart to digitize for embroidery work for format.
COMMERCIAL LICENSING
You may obtain extended license rights (for a fee) to use our art in embroidery and page kits for reselling. If you are interested in this, please contact us to provide you with our extended license information. You will receive an licensed badge to display on your selling pages to show you are in compliance and have the rights to sell our product in said matter. If you are unsure of anything, please just send us an email for verification. We reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time --and we MAY offer more uses for our items as our site continues to grow.
Please remember that this license is non transferable to another person. Please do not give or share your purchases with another individual or group of individuals. |
